Several members of our team have extensive experience as one-to-one
coaches. Typically we would work with an individual over a period
of months, with regular meetings every 6-8 weeks. At times, we
have also undertaken just a single session to help with a specific
issue. We are also experienced in coaching by telephone and in online
coaching.
In coaching even more than in any other type of development,
we encourage the use of real work issues to maximise the transfer
of learning.
